Description

Perform patient assessments, provide symptom management and patient/family education. Administer chemotherapy/biotherapy, infusions, and injections safely. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (providers, social work, dietician, pharmacy, etc.) for continuity of care. Schedule patients for infusion visits.
