Prep Cook — Senior Living Dining

What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus and processes
• serve food at appropriate temperatures and presentation
• interact with residents during meals
• wash dishes, pots, and pans
• follow kitchen task and cleaning schedules
• track resident diets, allergies, and preferences
• maintain food service records and storage
• and keep kitchen and dining areas clean.
