What you'll do

• Provide substance-use recovery treatment, support, and service coordination
• conduct assessment and treatment using harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy principles under team-leader direction
• support medication delivery, education, and monitoring
• provide daily-living assistance, transportation, family support, and case management
• conduct home visits and manage a caseload of 10 or more consumers.
