What you'll do

• Communicate with clients
• e-file documents
• draft shells for motions and pleadings
• maintain calendars
• prepare correspondence
• assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and defense medical examinations
• obtain records from experts
• prepare jury fees, case management conference statements, subpoenas, and meet-and-confer documents
• prepare trial exhibits and binders
• communicate with experts and third-party vendors
• organize and maintain electronic client files.
