What you'll do

• Advise on enterprise renewals, contract modifications, and commercial negotiations
• develop renewal strategies with Sales and Customer Experience
• negotiate pricing, terms, discounts, and nonstandard requests
• identify renewal risks and coordinate mitigation
• prepare business cases and ROI analyses
• coordinate approvals and contracting with Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Sales
• support complex enterprise agreements
• improve forecasting, reporting, and processes using data, automation, and AI-driven insights
• maintain CRM accuracy and provide performance metrics.
