What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and interpret deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, trust documents, title reports, and other settlement-related legal documents
• provide legal guidance to agents, lenders, and clients
• review land records and chain-of-title documentation
• assist with title issues, claims, and curative matters
• develop and deliver educational presentations and training
• support additional legal and settlement matters.
