What you'll do

• Promote West Fraser goals and expectations
• follow and reinforce company policies and procedures
• lead by example and hold employees accountable
• work varying shifts, including combinations of days and nights for extended periods
• work interchangeably in sawmill, planer mill, kilns, and shipping areas, excluding maintenance
• obtain or maintain forklift, front-end loader, and skid-steer qualifications
• conduct department safety and environmental inspections
• support beneficial change and continuous process improvement.
