What you'll do

• Perform property maintenance
• prepare apartments for new residents
• complete work orders
• perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, and small appliance repair
• maintain grounds and common areas
• provide HVAC service and repair (training available)
• remove and dispose of trash
• participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency calls.
