General Manager

The role leads Alchemy Springs’ transition from its Sauna Garden pop-up to a full-scale social bathhouse. Alchemy Springs’ mission is to create sanctuaries for connection and well-being. The position exists to lead the bathhouse launch and oversee daily operations, team performance, guest experience, and financial results. By building operational systems and a mission-aligned team, the manager supports a welcoming community space and sustainable growth.

What you'll do

• Lead pre-opening planning and execution
• oversee daily operations, facilities, and health and safety standards
• lead, coach, hire, onboard, train, and develop employees and volunteers
• shape guest experience and resolve guest issues
• manage budgets, staffing plans, and P&L performance
• partner with founders and the marketing agency on community-building and promotion.
