Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager

The Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager role is based in the office in Maple Grove, MN, with site visits as needed. Compensation is $75,000–$150,000 per year. What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
• analyze plans, specifications, and scope documents
• perform material and labor takeoffs as time allows
• manage assigned projects and others as time allows
• obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
• support value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
