Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is in person and based out of the office in Breckenridge, CO. Compensation starts at $26 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Pinnacle Lodging manages luxury vacation homes and vacation rentals. The technician keeps vacation properties safe, comfortable, and ready for guests by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and completing repairs. The work helps limit property downtime and disruption for guests and homeowners while coordinating with the lodging team and outside vendors.

What you'll do

• Inspect properties on a set schedule
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including seasonal winterization
• diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• complete quick-turn repairs between reservations
• respond to urgent maintenance needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• use hand and power tools for repairs, installations, and light construction
• log work, materials, and system condition in the work-order system
• coordinate with the Lodging team and outside vendors
• follow safety protocols and flag hazards.

Why this role

Flexible hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; urgent maintenance response includes those periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior maintenance experience is preferred; mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting are sought.
