Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator role is onsite in Knoxville, TN, with pay of $25 per hour. The coordinator supports Goodwill Industries–Knoxville’s corporate office and stores. The role coordinates and performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep organizational facilities safe and functional. It assigns and monitors work orders, provides technical guidance to maintenance technicians, coordinates vendors, and supports facility improvements and installations.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules

• perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fixtures, and facility systems
• guide maintenance technicians
• coordinate vendors
• oversee inventory, equipment, and supply purchases
• ensure safety compliance
• maintain records and reports
• support facility improvement projects and installations.
