What you'll do

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by cleaning appliances, fixtures, and surfaces and removing trash
• perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, replacing bulbs, and fixing leaky faucets
• inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
• coordinate repairs with the Service Team
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect for maintenance and safety concerns and report issues
• respond professionally to resident inquiries and requests.
