The role coordinates with executive and cross-functional leaders to bring new clubs from market identification through opening while managing timelines, budgets, quality, and brand standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute long-term development strategy
• lead the development pipeline and multi-year plans
• oversee Real Estate and Construction
• direct market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiations
• oversee construction, renovations, budgets, schedules, design, permitting, and project execution
• monitor project economics, capital budgets, risks, and reporting
• coordinate club openings with Operations and other departments
• recruit and develop Real Estate and Construction teams.
