What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the End User Services and IT Operations team
• oversee incident, request, problem, change, escalation, and knowledge management
• drive automation, self-service, runbook standardization, and process documentation
• manage IT assets, endpoints, software, SaaS, vendors, inventory, refresh planning, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization
• coordinate escalations with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Facilities/Workplace, People Operations, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
