Professional Services Consultant — Customer Implementations

The Professional Services Consultant is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, with three days per week onsite in the office; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Own multiple customer implementations end to end
• serve as the customer’s communication, expectations, and escalation point
• lead technical conversations and educate customer teams on platform features and use cases
• identify upsell opportunities with Sales
• share customer feedback with Product and Engineering
• measure time to value, customer satisfaction, and product utilization.
