The Residential Shift Supervisor – Third Shift role is onsite in Lorain, OH, with pay of $23 per hour. Applewood Centers provides mental health, social services, education, and residential treatment programming for children and adolescents with behavioral health needs. The supervisor oversees the assigned residential unit shift, including staffing, scheduling, programming, and administration, to maintain effective therapeutic services. The role supports staff and clients directly and helps ensure safe, consistent care and documentation throughout the shift.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative supervision, including staff scheduling, coverage, safety, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
• support staff and clients through instructional, therapeutic, and recreational activities
• participate in staff training
• complete assigned program or clinical documentation
• model teamwork and professionalism
• carry an agency-provided phone and maintain an assigned on-call schedule.
