What you'll do

• Contribute to sales growth and understand cafe expenditures
• support cafe operations and continuous improvement
• oversee service flow and safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• order, receive, and manage inventory
• deploy staff and oversee breaks
• uphold hospitality and beverage and food preparation standards
• onboard and train team members
• handle cash and daily deposits
• address guest concerns
• report illness and injury
• guide team members on menu offerings and procedures
• support sustainability objectives
• prepare and serve food and beverages
• supervise team members
• participate in tastings, cuppings, and training.
