What you'll do

• Develop menus that meet patient and resident nutritional needs
• order, receive, and store food in compliance with regulations
• ensure safe and sanitary food preparation
• organize kitchen operations and maintenance
• manage budgets and food costs
• supervise and train foodservice staff
• maintain meal counts and food cost reports
• address dietary concerns with residents and families
• develop dietary department policies and procedures.
