Property Specialist

Job overview

The Property Specialist role is onsite in Long Beach, CA, with visits to properties throughout the company’s service area. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. Real Property Management Southland describes a structured, technology-oriented approach to property management and service. The specialist supports residential property operations by inspecting homes, documenting conditions, coordinating move-in and move-out tasks, and communicating with owners and tenants. Accurate records and follow-through help property managers, maintenance staff, and vendors address issues and complete required next steps.

What you'll do

• Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic residential inspections
• document conditions with notes, photos, and reports
• identify maintenance concerns and damage requiring follow-up
• prepare security-deposit dispositions and coordinate processing
• communicate with owners and tenants
• prepare, deliver, and post notices as directed
• travel to properties for inspections and related tasks
• coordinate with property managers, maintenance staff, and vendors
• maintain records in property-management software
• participate in meetings and track goals and metrics.

Why this role
