What you'll do

• Clean residents’ apartments and common areas
• follow cleaning schedules and instructions
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
• follow infection-control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical-handling, fire, and safety procedures
• submit maintenance work orders
• report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• provide customer service to internal and external customers.
