Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Manage scheduling, dispatch, crew assignments, and fleet
• ensure moves are safe, timely, and careful
• manage truck leases, equipment, supplies, and vendors
• maintain compliance with Washington household-goods mover regulations, DOT requirements, and insurance
• retain and grow client relationships
• win contracts and develop moving work
• price jobs and prepare estimates
• hire, lead, and train crews
• manage profit and loss, budgets, booking, invoicing, and tracking systems
• prepare quarterly reviews for the founding partner.
