What you'll do

• Support funeral directors and services as requested
• greet and assist families and visitors
• prepare service spaces and arrange flowers, chairs, caskets, urns, photos, and keepsakes
• assist with visitations, memorials, and funerals
• answer phones and perform administrative tasks
• run errands and assist with parking, ushering, and transportation
• drive funeral home vehicles
• clean vehicles when required. Removals may be part of the role and vary by location.
