The Senior Technical Advisory and Solution Design Consultant, Sage Intacct role is remote within the United States. Base pay is $140,000–$160,000 per year. JMT Consulting supports nonprofit finance transformation through ERP, accounting, advisory, data, and outsourced services. The consultant connects client needs, business processes, solution design, and delivery across the ERP client lifecycle. The role assesses nonprofit finance systems and processes, translates findings into executable recommendations, supports implementation readiness and complex sales opportunities, and strengthens the handoff from discovery to delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead client discovery and Sage Intacct system reviews
• assess business processes, configuration, reporting, workflows, controls, integrations, and adoption
• design executable recommendations
• identify implementation readiness risks
• support technical sales discovery, proposals, and demonstrations
• advise existing clients on optimization
• review scopes and assumptions
• preserve discovery context in sales-to-delivery handoffs
• develop reusable methods and build team capability.
