Description
Verify demographics to avoid duplicate patients. Arrive patients in a timely manner obtaining and updating emergency contact information to include guarantor, addresses (i.e., seasonal, parents, etc.). Provides appropriate questionnaires to patients. Monitors lobby to ensure patients are not waiting excessive amounts of time.
