What you'll do

• Perform prospective, concurrent, and retrospective clinical documentation workflows and audits
• review records for accurate HCC coding, recapture opportunities, and suspect diagnoses
• assess whether M.E.A.T. criteria support submitted diagnosis codes
• communicate recommended HCC diagnoses to clinicians for chart addenda
• track and report review results
• support coding education, compliance updates, and privacy policies
• maintain knowledge of risk-adjustment coding guidelines.
