Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Serves as charge nurse and delegates appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.
