Maintenance Associate

What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation system maintenance
• inspect facilities and identify and resolve problems
• keep premises clean and hygienic
• complete forms and report maintenance status
• monitor maintenance supplies and equipment
• respond to emergency maintenance calls
• diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• follow safety standards and procedures.
