What you'll do

• Lead Insider’s strategy, growth, evolution, and scaling
• identify partnership and cross-property opportunities
• own revenue, budget, and ROI targets
• define product requirements, customer segments, goals, benefits, and rewards
• improve member experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
• use data and experimentation to optimize performance
• execute the long-term business plan
• collaborate with leasing, marketing, and property teams
• report KPIs to executive leadership
• analyze customer data to improve retention and lifetime value
• manage and grow a team
• identify and pilot relevant AI tools and processes.
