What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support Personal Lines Account Managers and CSRs
• oversee daily workflow, task distribution, and service standards
• manage renewals, endorsements, remarketing, and escalated client issues
• improve processes and implement automation
• support retention goals and cross-selling
• ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control
• collaborate with agency leadership on strategy, reporting, and staffing.

Why this role
