Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Maintain organized account files and trace records
• correspond with prospects and clients about venue options, rates, room types, packages, and promotions
• prepare proposals and invoices
• research competing hotels, venues, clients, trends, and prospects
• assemble sales collateral
• enter, retrieve, and reconcile rooming lists, event orders, and other information in CRM systems
• assist with events outside traditional weekday business hours as needed.
