What you'll do

• Weigh and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
• handle ingredients using FEFO practices
• coordinate with shift coordinators on production goals
• maintain a clean workspace and follow safety and sanitation protocols
• complete in-process quality checks and documentation
• report equipment or quality issues to supervisors
• maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend availability as may be required.
