Accounts Payable Analyst

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices
• review approvals, coding, and documentation
• match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records when applicable
• prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• maintain vendor records
• resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
• reconcile statements
• assist with month-end close and audits
• support process improvements and internal controls.
