What you'll do

• Assign daily work and balance workloads
• train AR team members
• work complex, aging, and high-priority accounts, including motor vehicle accident and workers’ compensation accounts
• review AR reports and documentation
• monitor shared billing and fax inboxes
• route escalations
• track appeals, payments, and refunds
• support monthly reporting
• identify workflow improvements and assist with interviews as needed.
