Senior Physical Security Systems Engineer

The role supports Crusoe’s physical security technology stack across its data centers, power generation, construction, manufacturing, and corporate sites as the company builds AI infrastructure. The engineer owns standards, service-level agreements, system acceptance, configuration, integrations, and lifecycle performance for physical security systems. By maintaining reliable access control, video, intrusion, visitor, and incident platforms and coordinating with security, construction, IT, and network teams, the role helps protect distributed sites and meet audit and customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Set physical security system standards and validate systems at acceptance
• define and own SLAs for availability, camera uptime, access control, alarms, and integration health
• operate and configure access control, video management, intrusion detection, visitor management, and incident platforms
• maintain integrations and automation
• partner on network segmentation, device hardening, and system security
• manage firmware, patches, lifecycle, and health monitoring
• support audit evidence and coordinate with GSOC, intelligence, protective operations, design and construction, IT, and network engineering.
