Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Sherwood is an onsite role in Minneapolis, MN, paying $18.25 per hour, with a $2.00 weekend differential for eligible hours and a $1.00 overnight differential for eligible hours. Mount Olivet Rolling Acres supports adults, seniors, and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and age-related and chronic medical conditions across the Twin Cities metro. The DSP supports clients' daily living, personal care, safety, and program goals in a residential setting. The role promotes choice, community participation, health, and well-being while coordinating with support teams and documenting care and program activities.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with daily care, medical needs, activities of daily living, and mental health supports
• support daily routines and choices
• plan and implement recreation and community activities
• accompany clients to appointments and activities using a company vehicle
• support community relationships
• implement person-centered plans and safety procedures
• administer and document prescribed medication and treatments as directed
• prepare meals
• complete housekeeping and household maintenance
• maintain supervision
• complete training and documentation
• collaborate with the support team.
