What you'll do

• Oversee home construction phases and quality, schedule, and budget
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• maintain safe and compliant job sites
• communicate with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams
• review blueprints and scopes
• manage materials, schedules, budgets, and variance reports
• coach trade partners and team members.
