What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food to order according to established recipes and standards
• set up and stock workstations for dinner service
• work across stations such as grill, sauté, fry, and pantry
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness
• collaborate with kitchen staff to support timely service
• follow the Executive Chef’s or Sous Chef’s specifications
• monitor ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishment
• assist with training new kitchen staff.
