The Grill Cook works onsite at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in Green Bay, WI. Pay is $14–$18 per hour; schedules may be full-time or part-time, with days and hours varying and night and weekend availability requested. Chartwells HE provides campus food service. The cook prepares and serves grill-station food according to recipes, food-safety requirements, and service standards. The role supports a reliable dining experience by fulfilling orders, maintaining food quality and temperature, and keeping assigned work areas clean and sanitary.

What you'll do

• Take customer orders and prepare short-preparation items
• complete orders from steam tables and serve customers
• follow service standards and approved recipes
• maintain food temperature, appearance, and portion control
• store food using wrapping, dating, rotation, and safety procedures
• clean and sanitize assigned areas, equipment, and utensils
• address customer concerns and report relevant information
• attend safety meetings.
