What you'll do

• Provide friendly, attentive guest service
• know menus and beverage offerings
• recommend and upsell items
• prepare beverages to recipes and presentation standards
• follow TABC rules and responsible alcohol service
• verify identification and refuse service when appropriate
• monitor inventory
• maintain and stock the bar
• perform opening, closing, and side work
• process payments
• support food service, banquets, and events as needed
• follow sanitation and safety standards.
