The Picker Packer role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA. Pay is $19 per hour. Walden Local connects families with local farmers by distributing grass-fed and pasture-raised meat to subscription members. What you'll do

• Work on a team-based packing line in a refrigerated room held at 40–45°F while wearing assigned PPE
• follow electronic pick sheets to select pre-packaged meat
• pack items into reusable coolers
• perform quality checks
• assist with warehouse maintenance
• use good judgment when problems arise
• cross-train within the team and other departments.
