Member Experience Specialist

The Member Experience Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Ceres, CA, with a pay range of $22–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Use consultative behaviors to assist members and identify needs
• complete relationship-building and follow-up processes for loans and new accounts
• prepare sales reports
• provide and process loan applications and, as applicable, evaluate applications and fund approved loans
• open and maintain accounts
• assist with forms, cards, and account inquiries
• support members using interactive teller technology
• perform routine transactions and balance daily records
• follow policies and regulatory requirements.

Why this role

Branch schedule includes Monday–Thursday 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and rotating Saturday hours 9 a.m.–1 p.m.; occasional early or late hours may be required with advance notice. Spanish and English bilingual ability is strongly preferred.
