What you'll do

• Screen clients and complete intake documentation
• prepare federal, state, and local tax returns
• ensure supervisor review before client departure
• follow IRS confidentiality guidelines
• complete administrative paperwork
• refer clients to service providers
• identify clients eligible for financial education and asset-building products
• participate in outreach
• assist with site operations and client support.

Why this role
