What you'll do

• Prepare and manage the Village business plan, budgets, reports, and forecasts

• ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and regulations
• prepare stakeholder reports
• maintain facility standards, safety systems, and work orders
• manage marketing and occupancy efforts
• build university and community relationships
• guide student residential staff and residence-life programming.
