What you'll do

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities
• maintain general ledger and financial records
• handle accounts payable and receivable
• process customer payments, deposits, credits, and adjustments
• reconcile accounts
• process vendor payments
• monitor balances and assist with collections
• reconcile customer deductions, chargebacks, credits, returns, sales, inventory-related transactions, and cost of goods sold
• assist with monthly and year-end closing
• prepare financial reports
• maintain documentation
• and assist outside accountants. QuickBooks required
• NetSuite preferred.
