Registered Nurse (RN), Fertility Case Manager

The Registered Nurse (RN), Fertility Case Manager position is onsite in Jacksonville, FL; compensation is not specified. The role is with IVF Florida, part of US Fertility, a physician-led fertility practice network focused on compassionate reproductive care and improving the patient experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating weekends from 7:30 AM–12:00 PM and rotating holidays. The nurse coordinates fertility patient care and treatment, monitors patients through treatment plans, provides education about procedures and injections, and communicates physician orders and laboratory results. The role supports patients and families through treatment while coordinating care with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Coordinate fertility patient case management and treatment
• monitor patients throughout treatment plans
• provide direction and education
• teach about procedures and injection administration
• schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits
• document care in patient and department records
• communicate physician orders and laboratory results with appropriate explanation
• support patients and families.

Why this role

An active, unrestricted state RN license and BLS certification are required, along with at least one year of clinical RN experience. IVF/fertility experience and women’s health background are preferred; a BSN is preferred.
