What you'll do

• Manage and evaluate a geographically dispersed career advising team
• oversee hiring, training, work assignments, coaching, and performance
• serve as corporate management resource for staff at a contact center operating Monday–Saturday
• provide program guidance and quality monitoring
• ensure contract activities and government interface follow company policies
• apply contact center practices
• contribute to initiatives and prepare and deliver presentations.
