Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Easley, SC, supporting both center and in-home cases; up to 25% telehealth supervision is available. Compensation is $75,000–$105,000 per year. Children Making Strides provides ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, with a mission to help children reach their full potential. The BCBA assesses clients, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises ABA program implementation, and works with families and a multidisciplinary team. The role also guides behavior technicians, reviews intervention data, and documents client progress to support effective therapy.
