This role exists to shape the success of High School students by implementing proven instructional strategies aligned with ChanceLight Education methodologies and Ombudsman policies, delivering targeted instruction, and creating tailored lesson plans.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study.

Experience

Prior experience teaching at a high school level; preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting.
