What you'll do

• Participate in server build projects
• requisition server parts
• build and maintain physical servers
• connect servers using DAC, fiber, and Ethernet
• install rails and rack servers
• analyze and repair component failures
• run burn-in tests
• upgrade hardware when directed
• manage support tickets
• maintain build documentation and SOPs
• install and patch hypervisor operating systems
• resolve or escalate issues.
